Kealaula (Gold Sparkle) is inspired by "ke ala ula" or the "flaming road" which is the sunset glow, especially when it lights a sparkling path on the ocean. Growing up on the ʻaoʻao komohana of my mokupuni (west side), beach days would often end with a fiery sunset sparkling on the water, and this gold sparkle at the tip of this long almond nude set reminds me of just that!
