NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. This Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules.

2. Promotion Overview

The Iwi Nails 5th Birthday Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) consists of six (6) individual giveaways (each an “Individual Giveaway”), each run in partnership with a different collaborator, plus one (1) Grand Prize giveaway funded solely by Iwi Nails, LLC (the “Grand Prize Giveaway”). Every qualifying entry into an Individual Giveaway is automatically also an entry into the Grand Prize Giveaway, as described in Section 4.

Confirm these dates before publishing — shift as needed to match your posting calendar.

The Promotion runs across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (each account operating under the handle @iwi.nails.hi). Each Individual Giveaway will be posted with its own caption specifying the exact entry prompt for that giveaway.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees (and their immediate family members, or those living in the same household) of Iwi Nails, LLC and of the participating collaborator brands named in Section 2 are not eligible to win the Individual Giveaway or Grand Prize tied to their own collaboration, but remain eligible to enter the other Individual Giveaways and the Grand Prize Giveaway.

Eligibility is open nationally (all fifty (50) states + DC) rather than restricted to Hawaiʻi residents.

4. How to Enter — No Purchase Necessary

4.1 Individual Giveaways

• Qualifying Entry (free): Comment on the designated Individual Giveaway post, following the specific entry prompt in that post’s caption (for example, answering a question or tagging a friend as directed). Limit one (1) qualifying entry per person, per platform, per Individual Giveaway.

• Bonus Entry (optional, free): Share the Individual Giveaway post to your Story. This adds one (1) additional entry into that specific Individual Giveaway only — it does not add an additional Grand Prize entry.

• If the same Individual Giveaway is posted on more than one platform, you may submit a qualifying entry on each platform, but each Individual Giveaway will only ever generate one (1) Grand Prize entry per person, regardless of how many platforms you entered it on.

4.2 Grand Prize Giveaway

No separate action is required. Every person who submits at least one (1) qualifying entry into an Individual Giveaway is automatically entered into the Grand Prize Giveaway — one (1) Grand Prize entry per Individual Giveaway entered, for a maximum of six (6) Grand Prize entries per person if all six Individual Giveaways are entered.

4.3 Alternate Method of Entry

No Alternate Method of Entry is offered. Because every entry method described above (comment, optional story share) is free and requires no purchase or payment, this Promotion does not require a mail-in Alternate Method of Entry to remain a valid no-purchase-necessary sweepstakes.

5. Prizes

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) shown for each prize; actual value may vary.

• Giveaway 1 — bo&mei x Iwi Nails (AAPI Collab): one (1) bo&mei mahjong set, plus one (1) matching Iwi Nails DIY nail kit. — ARV $100

• Giveaway 2 — Welo x Iwi Nails: one (1) Welo hat and jewelry combo, plus one (1) matching Iwi Nails DIY nail kit. — ARV $80

• Giveaway 3 — Kolekolea x Iwi Nails: one (1) Kolekolea swimsuit and tote, plus one (1) matching Iwi Nails DIY nail kit. — ARV $170

• Giveaway 4 — Noho Home x Iwi Nails (Mentor Tribute): one (1) Noho Home Loulu matelassé coverlet set and candle, plus one (1) matching Iwi Nails DIY nail kit. — ARV $250

• Giveaway 5 — Coconut Ave x Iwi Nails (New MIH Design Release): one (1) Coconut Ave swimsuit, plus one (1) matching Iwi Nails DIY nail kit. — ARV $150

• Giveaway 6 — Liu Love x Iwi Nails (Molokaʻi Pride): one (1) Liu Love prize package, plus one (1) matching Iwi Nails DIY nail kit. — ARV $150

• Grand Prize — Iwi Nails 5th Birthday Grand Prize Package (Iwi-funded, no collaborator prizing): one (1) Iwi Nails manicure set, ARV over $250.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or substitute prize will be awarded, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection, Notification & Odds

Each Individual Giveaway winner will be selected at random from all eligible qualifying entries for that giveaway, using a verifiable random comment-picker tool, within three (3) business days of that giveaway’s close. The Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible qualifying entries across all six Individual Giveaways and announced live at Booth 904 during the Made in Hawaiʻi Festival (Hawaiʻi Convention Center) on the date shown in Section 2.

Winners will be notified by direct message on the platform on which they entered. A winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to claim their prize; failure to respond within this window may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that giveaway.

7. Platform Disclaimers

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., or TikTok. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to Sponsor at iwinailsllc@gmail.com, not to the platform.

Include this exact disclaimer sentence (or a link to this rules page) in the caption or a pinned comment of every giveaway post, on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

8. General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its collaborators named in Section 2, and each platform used to run the Promotion, from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance/use.

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

• By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, social handle, and likeness in connection with the Promotion for marketing purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

• Entries that do not follow the specific entry prompt posted for that giveaway, or that use fake accounts, bots, or bulk/automated entry methods, will be disqualified.

9. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion (such as social media handles) is used solely to administer the Promotion — selecting, verifying, and notifying winners — and will not be sold to third parties.

10. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
